“Lights, Camera, Ireland!” is a fun and immersive program where students explore Ireland while capturing their journey on film. Through a blend of hands-on media training, exciting excursions, and collaborative creativity, students develop their storytelling voice. Each group creates a short video, documentary, or travel vlog – all culminating in a glamorous red carpet screening at ELI Beach Hotel. Whether students are behind the camera, directing, acting, or editing, everyone finds their role and contributes to the final production.

6-Day / 5-Night Itinerary
Day 1 – Welcome & Production Kick-Off
- Arrival at ELI Beach Hotel + film team formation

Day 2 – Trim & Drogheda On Location
- Morning: Guided visit to Trim Castle (Braveheart location)
- Afternoon: Shoot urban scenes in Drogheda – murals, bridges, streets
- Return to hotel: Team scriptwriting session
- Evening: Cinematic quiz night & inspiration screening
Day 3 – Dublin Urban Filming Day
- Travel to Temple Bar – capture street music, interviews, and energy

- Evening: Rough cut editing workshop at the hotel
Day 4 – Titanic Belfast & Coastal Filming
